Resignation acceptance letter

Dear Vishal

We are genuinely sorry to hear that you are leaving the company. We will miss you very much. It is with mixed feelings that we are accepting your resignation. As you should know no organization will be happy to lose an excellent employee like you.

Nonetheless we respect your decision to leave and wish you all the best in your new job. We also appreciate your giving us sufficient notice in time to find a competent replacement. Of course, that will not be easy because good programmers are hard to come by. Please keep in touch and don’t hesitate to come back if your new job does not turn out as you expect.

Sincerely

Ashok Menon
