For example, the first person singular pronoun has nominative <strong>I<\/strong>, as opposed to the objective form <strong>me.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Other examples are given below.<\/p>\n<p>he (nominative)\/him (objective)<br \/>\nshe (nominative)\/her (objective)<br \/>\nthey\/them<br \/>\nwe\/us<br \/>\nwho\/whom<\/p>\n<p>Other pronouns, like <strong>you, it and what,<\/strong> are invariable in form.<\/p>\n<h3>Objective case<\/h3>\n<p>The case form used with certain pronouns to mark a non-subject.<\/p>\n<p>In English, only the following pronouns distinguish a nominative form (the subject form) from the objective form: <em>I (nominative)\/ me (objective); he\/him; she\/her, they\/them; we\/us and who\/whom.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Other pronouns, like you, it and what, are invariable in form.
