They are called <a href=\"http:\/\/perfectyourenglish.com\/blog\/possessive-pronouns\/\">possessive pronouns<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Example<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This laptop is <strong><em>mine<\/em><\/strong>. It is not <strong><em>yours<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The words <em>my, our, your, their, his and her<\/em> are possessive adjectives.
