We use the simple present tense<\/strong> to talk about actions or situations that happen all the time. We also use the simple present to talk about facts, our likes, dislikes, preferences, habits, routines etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The present continuous <\/strong>is used to talk about actions or situations that are going on at the moment of speaking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
