The stench coming from them is unbearable and we are forced to keep our windows shut all the time. Mosquitoes and fleas are another problem. The garbage piles are their breeding ground. I am sure if this issue is not resolved immediately, we will soon have epidemic outbreaks in our locality.<\/p>\n
I am confident that as the Commissioner of our Municipal Corporation it is well within your power to find a solution to this problem at the earliest.<\/p>\n
