(More emphatic than That is true.)<\/li><li>She will <strong>definitely <\/strong>help us.<\/li><li>She is<strong> really<\/strong> beautiful.<\/li><li>That is <strong>exactly<\/strong> what I meant.<\/li><li>He is, <strong>no doubt<\/strong>, the best man for this job.<\/li><li>That was <strong>clearly<\/strong> the right thing to do.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Adverbs of negation<\/strong> are words which show that the given statement is false. Examples are: <em>hardly, scarcely, never, no longer, not<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>There was <strong>hardly<\/strong> anyone in the room.<\/li><li>We got <strong>hardly <\/strong>any rain this year.<\/li><li>He is <strong>not<\/strong> the right person for this job.<\/li><li>We <strong>no longer<\/strong> enjoy their support.<\/li><li>There was <strong>scarcely <\/strong>a tree in sight.<\/li><li>I have <strong>never<\/strong> seen him.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Adverbs of affirmation are words which show that a particular statement is true.
