There are mainly two types of conjunctions &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/perfectyourenglish.com\/blog\/coordinating-conjunctions\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"73781\">coordinating conjunctions<\/a> and subordinating conjunctions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A coordinating conjunction connects two clauses of equal rank. Examples of coordinating conjunctions are: <strong>and, but, or, for, so, yet, nor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A subordinating conjunction connects a subordinate clause to the main clause. Examples of subordinating conjunctions are: <strong>as, since, because, when, while, after, before, if, whether, unless, as soon as, though, although, even though, even if <\/strong>etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Worksheet 1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fill in the blanks with an appropriate conjunction.
