Pronouns
A pronoun is a word used instead of a noun.
- Alice is a good girl. Everybody likes her. (Here the pronoun her is used instead of the noun Alice.)
- Jane sings well. She has a golden voice. (Here the pronoun she refers back to the noun Jane.)
