Present Continuous Tense Worksheet For Class 4

The present continuous tense is used to talk about an action or situation that is going on at the moment of speaking.

Examples are:

  • I am writing now.

The past continuous is used to talk about an action or situation that was going on at a point of time in the past.

  • She was doing her homework.
  • It was raining.
