Determiners Worksheet For Class 10

Determiners are words like articles, demonstratives, distributives or possessives. They go before nouns and modify them. However, they are not adjectives. Examples of determiners are: some, any, few, little, many, much, most, a, the, an, this, that, those, these, each, every, all etc.

Fill in the blanks with an appropriate determiner.

3. You can take either of these two shirts. (Either means one or the other.)

4. Neither answer is correct. (All and both should be followed by plural nouns and plural verbs.)

5. Not all flowers have fragrance.

6. Each student was given a prize.

7. I have watched hardly any movies.

8. I finished the job with little difficulty.

9. She doesn’t have any interest in acting.

10. Do you know any electricians here? (Any means it doesn’t matter who.)

11. I added a little milk to the tea. (A little indicates a small quantity.)

12. I have invited all of / all my friends. (Either all or all of can be used before a noun with a determiner.)
