Conjunctions Exercise For Grade 6 CBSE With Answers

Conjunctions are connecting words. We can use a conjunction to connect two words, two phrases or two clauses. Note that we use only one conjunction to connect two clauses.

11. We will start as soon as he arrives. (We use the conjunction as soon as to mean that one action quickly follows another action.)

12. Unless you try, you cannot succeed. (Unless means if not. We can also write: If you do not try, you cannot succeed.)
